The Utah Municipal Clerks Association (UMCA) offers opportunities for education, involvement, personal growth, and leadership to help municipal clerks and recorders be the best that they can be.
To help our members that may otherwise not be able to attend, the UMCA provides a limited number of scholarships for clerks and recorders to attend Institute & Academy and Annual Conference so that they can experience the amazing benefits these events provide.
We are able to provide these educational opportunities and scholarships using funds from our Silent Auction at each Annual Conference and from generous donations!
